All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (such as launches or restocks), processing may take an extra day or two.
Return & Refund Policy
At Mello, we believe you should love what you wear. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on every order.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. While clips can be gently used, they must be returned in brand new condition with all original components included to be eligible for a refund.
Note:We offer a refund of the full purchase amount, minus our standard return shipping cost. This cost is $13.00 USD plus $3.00 USD per unit in your order.
